Wood Paintings

Here are some more new pieces I have been working on. I have been painting onto a wood surface. I think they look lovely! The wood shows the paint work beautifully.
The painting on the large piece of wood is from my painting of 'Jacqueline's Tea Party'. The small piece of wood shows a painting of 'Little Red Riding Hood'.



Christmas Decorations

Hi! I have been busy working on something new and different!
I have painted illustrations onto wooden hearts and children's vintage building blocks.
All have a 'wlidlife' theme with owls, foxes, toadstools, hedgehogs, robins and deer. They would look beautiful hanging from a Christmas tree!

The Paper Cinema

I have been really busy lately working on new artwork, so sorry for not posting anything new recently. I will post my new work here soon!....So please check back!

I recently saw 'The Paper Cinema' at Hull's Freedom Festival.

Flower Drawings

I love all flowers and wanted to make some simple, detailed pencil sketches of various types.

I used a 6B and a H pencil.



Grimm's Fairytale Embroideries

I have been busy sewing my artwork into embroideries. Each embroidery is displayed in a small hoop which can hang on the wall. I have used an ink stamp for the text as before.
